Send an invite to other team members to work together on your Formlis
How it works
As a workspace owner, you can invite other users to join their Formli project. Invited users will receive an email with instructions on how to join the workspace. All team members can create and customize Formlis, see response data and use all other features. Every owner can also revoke the invite or delete other workspace members if they have already confirmed the invite.

Step 1 - Send an invite
- Go to
Settings
- Open
Team
tab - Enter the email of your team member in the
Email Address
field - You can choose between
Owner
orMember
roles in the dropdown. Users with Member roles cannot add or remove new users to the workspace. - Click
Add
to save the information and send an invite
Step 2a - Accept an invite as a new user
- Check your email. Click on
Accept invitation
link in the email - Add a password and click on
Set my password
- Click on
Join
to accept the invitation orIgnore
to delete it
Step 2b - Accept an invite as a registered user
- Click on
Manage workspaces
in the dropdown menu - Click on
Invites
- Click on
Join
to accept the invitation orIgnore
to delete it
How to revoke the invite
- Click on
Pending
to see all invites which weren’t been accepted yet - Click on the Delete icon to revoke the invite
- Click on
Delete
How to remove a team member from the workspace
- Go to
Settings
- Open
Team
tab - Click on the Delete icon near the user that should be removed
- Click on the
Delete
