👻 Account wide total fundraised amount

We added new goal and metric - Account wide total fundraised amount.

It allows you to show the information about how much money you fundraised across all payment blocks in your account.

This metric can be set on all block types except content-only block (will add soon).

👀 Masquerade

We now have admin privileges to see our user's accounts. Only platform administrators have access to this feature, so if you or your client are experiencing issues - please let @Hannah Allee know!

⌨️ New data collection fields

We've added 3 new types of data fields. Now you also can ask people:

1. First name
2. Last name
3. Date of birth

Other improvements

1. Link sharing issue fixed!
2. Added comma in the goals and metrics automatic counting fields
3. Fixed issue with wrong format of sharing in facebook, twitter
