💰 Creator can edit payment options of the payment block
We've added possibility to edit payment options after they're already created.
Now you can optimize your payment options based on the amount of payments that people already made.
You are also able to edit the types of payments you want to receive and allow/disallow custom payment amounts

- Fixed issue with showing redundant screen "Enter your response" screen for text-only responses option
- Fixed issue with showing play button on Preview and review your response screens
- Removed all blue outlines after clicking
- Fixed issue with adjusted embed where it wasn't working when there is more than 4 data fields in the screen
- Fixed issue with text styling being removed after editing the title
