View all payments in the account
We’ve added the possibility to view all the payments in your account. There is a new response view type called “Payments”. Select it and create a view to see all payments from formlis in your account. Filters can be applied if you want to see payments that match some criteria. Example: you can add the “Formli name” column and then filter out payments for specific formli.
❗You can add the response data into your payment view to match the transaction data with the user’s response.
By default we show the following columns:
- Payment ID
- Payment Date
- Payment Type
- Payment Source
- Amount
- Payer first name
- Payer last name
- Payer email
All available columns are located in the column picker under the Events → Payments section

The creator can quickly add columns to their view
After we released the first version of the response view and got some feedback, we figured out that it’s really hard for people to use our current column editor. The user needed to input the name for every column and select data from our merge picker which made this process extremely hard to use.
In this Sprint, we introduce the Column selector in the response views. Here is what we changed:
- You don’t need to touch the keyboard to add a new column
- We show all your data in the tree structure
- There is a default name for every column that is in most cases based on the name of this data specified by the creator You can modify it if you want
- You can see Response data and Payment data in the Events section of the Column selector

Response views improvements
- We’ve added the “More” component to the response view selector. If you have more views than your screen can fit, they will be grouped under the “More” component.
- Now you have the ability to reorder the views
