💸 Recurring payment improvements
Recurring charges add to totals
We started to work on improving recurring payments in our system! Now your recurring transactions will be counted in the following places:
- Exports and Block responses page - all recurring transactions will update the total amount value in the row that related to the response
- Goals & Metrics section - your recurring payments will be included in amounts that were raised by block, experience or account
Recurring charges can trigger Zapier New Payment
Each recurring transaction will be sent to Zapier "New payment" trigger. You will be able to see the number of payments made thus far, the charged amount that was just received, and the total amount of all recurring payments related to the response.
This means that you will not need to send emails each month manually! Just set up a zap that will listen for recurring payments and configure it to send the emails! We've prepared a "How to Guide" with detailed instructions on how to make it! Check it out!
🔗 Experience on custom domains
Now it's possible to store your experiences on the domains that you own! To make this happen you should have a subdomain that can be configured to your experience account. Once you have it, you can contact the Tech team and we will connect your experience account to the subdomain.
As a result, all experiences that you own will be served to your responders on your own domain! Check out this How-To guide for more details!
👆 UI - Template image or video from a previous response
We've added the UI picker for the Merge media field! Now you can pick the media which was uploaded by the responder and make it a background of the experience blocks. Check out video below!
