Reference block fields in other fields, "Other" amount only for payment block

We've added field referencing! Now you can reference answers from one block in the text of other blocks (prompts or multiple choice answers) to personalize your messages to responders.

Note: the current version is a technical first step and requires accessing and manipulations with the database, so feel free to reach out if you need help with that. We will be adding the UI for referencing other block's data so anyone can use it.

We've added possibility for user to use only "Other amount" as a payment block option.

Now it's not required to setup predefined payment options.
