📝 Rich Text Data Fields
We’ve added a new data field type: you can now collect rich text from your responders! Rich text will allow you to collect formatted text, with hyper links, font-weights, colors and lists.
To use it, create a new Data Fields block and click the « Add data field » button. In the list, select the Rich Text
option. Save your data field and your block and start collecting responses!
🧮 Calculator
For all your arithmetic needs, we’ve added a new calculator feature in Formli!
To use it, press the =
key on your keyboard. This will toggle a menu with a list of all formulas available. We’ll add more in there as we go, for now you can use the basic Calc
formula. When selected, a formula template will be added in your input.
In between the {{#calc}}{{/calc}}
brackets, you can add, subtract, multiply or divide multiple references and values.
↕️ Vertical Alignment For Your Blocks
When using the Hug Content
layout, you can choose the vertical alignment of your block content.
You can choose between the three following options: top
, middle
, bottom
.
📥 Upload Data Field
In addition to the Rich Text data field, you’re now able to create file uploads data fields. This data fields will let you collect text documents, images and other files in just a few clicks!
To use it, create a new Data Fields block and click the « Add data field » button. In the list, select the Upload
option. Save your data field and your block and start collecting responses!
↔️ Responsive Paddings and Margins
We wanted to make padding and margin settings more responsive, so we’ve added an option to let you set your spacings in px
or in %
.
Just toggle the padding or margin settings on one of your elements and select the unit you’d like to use!
👁️ Conditionally Show Data Fields
We’ve added conditions to your data fields! You can now choose to show, hide or conditionally show your data fields. If you choose the latter, you’ll be able to add multiple conditions to dynamically show or hide your data fields depending on your responder’s answers.
To do so, create a new data field and select the last icon on the « Show Field » line.
A new section will appear to let you create your conditions. You can add multiple conditions before saving your data field and your block. Your field will be hidden to your responder if conditions aren’t met.
↕️ Reorder Workspaces
To help you with your organization, we’ve added a feature to let you reorder your workspace. Just toggle your workspace list from your navigation drawer or go to your workspace list and drag and drop your workspace up or down.

We’ve fixed the following issues:
- Unable to reset settings on the responder side rich text area
- Font weights for rich text
- References default to white text
- User is unable to reference in Sender Name and Sender Email
- Hidden Merge Field Picker
