🎏 Variants are accessible
The ability to create formli variants from another formli has been one of the biggest selling points of the app. Now you’re able to see all of the variants right in the app, making them extremely accessible.
View variants in the list view
Variants now live in the same view as your other Formlis and can be accessed by filtering the view.
Open variants within the app
Variant share links can now be accessed in the app. In the past, the only way to get them would be if you had an automation set up
- Ability to use name variants by using reference tags in title (In Progress)
- Ability to hide a variant
- Statistics on the variant dashboard
- Ability to edit Variant data
🗄 List View gets an upgrade
Now, you’ll be able to paginate through Formlis. When the lists get long, this makes it easier to find what you need.
The page you’re on will be reflected in your URL which makes it easy to find where you were later on
Filter by type
With the introduction of variants in the app, we’re also adding in filters which will make working with your Formli’s a lot simpler.
Our first filter is by type.
- Ability to search by Formli or Variant name
- Ability to sort based on responses, $ raised, etc.
Chatbot can switch to manual
Now, the chatbot will transitions to manual mode after the initial formli “conversation” is completed. Responses after the initial completion will be sent to the outbox for viewing.
Fixed a bug that people were being texted the same message multiple times after the conversation expired
